Before your head becomes too full of the daily demands, we would like to remind you of some things you already know that could make a difference to how you experience 2025.

10 considerations to stay unstressable in 2025:

  • Ask, “What can I do?”
  •  You’re in control of you.
  • You have a choice about what you think, how you think and how you act.
  • You have choices about what you do and how you see things.
  • It’s hard to change yourself, it’s impossible to change someone else.
  • If anything is going to change it starts with you.
  • You’re not going to be able to fix everything / everyone.
  • Acceptance – be at peace with people and situations that cannot be resolved (this might take some work over time!)
  • When you think something is too hard, remember, anything can be developed with practice, effort and a growth mindset. Effort feels hard.
  • No situation or person has the power to make you feel a certain way. You get to choose how you feel.

It’s about you. You are the key to being unstressable in 2025.
